Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager, General Manager in Hong Kong
• Work closely with internal clients (such as GM, Sales head, Operational head) and across the region finance team, to provide commercial insight to senior management for decision support
• Act as a support to ensure the reported financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP and group policy
• Review business units' performance, provide early warning for anticipated deviations from targets and highlight areas for improvement
• Conduct financial trend analysis with value-added recommendations for project planning and monitoring
• Analyze forecasting processes and financial result to identify risks and opportunities in delivering the Company targets & performance
• Evaluate project plans for annual and mid-year business planning cycles to better support business intelligence for forward strategies and planning
• Participate in monthly and annual management reporting and forecast cycles
• Handle ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Qualified accountant from professional accounting institutions is a PLUS, e.g. HKICPA, ACCA. CPA Australia
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience and/or FP&A role
• Hand-on experiences in Oracle System and advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
• Flexible with good interpersonal skills
• Independent, self- motivated and proactive
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese. Speaking level of Putonghua is preferred
• Immediate available is more preferred.
