Key Responsibilities

• Handle all fund transfers and payment functions for managed companies
• Coordinate with banks and brokers as to bank balances, interest rates, bank instructions, and other related matters
• Download daily bank balances and incoming funds from banks and circulate among concerned staffs
• Prepare bank transactions summaries and various monthly reports
• Handles other ad hoc duties from managers/clients

Requirements / Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, from professional services industry a plus
• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High integrity, attention to details and able to work as a team
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin is preferred
