A leading reputable law firm with excellent operations and revenue count are actively searching for a Finance Manager who is ideally experienced in the legal industry and familiar with their functions. The role will be based in Hong Kong, but also advising with other regions in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all monthly and annual budgeting tasks
• Perform the accounting function including Dealings, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Control and AR
• Monitor and review the financial performance of the office reporting any issues directly to the local management team
• To ensure that the office is adhering to the accounting policies and procedures
• Managing cashiering and client money and ensuring the office is up to date
• To ensure that the office is following the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements are up to standard
• To take responsibility for all tax-related work, including corporate tax returns and partners' tax returns
• Required to perform ad-hoc and administration tasks when necessary

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 7-10 years experience in an MNC environment (preferably from a legal or professional services industry)
• Experienced in using accounting systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a advantageous
