Job Description
Job Duties
- Assist Accountant to handle full set of accounts
- Bookkeeping and clerical work
- Prepare cheques and monitor payment process
- Prepare vouchers, debit and credit notes
- Preform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- LCC intermediate or above
- Preferably possess 2-3 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing
- Knowledge in application of Sun System / Infor Q&A would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and strong team spirit
