Responsibilities 

• Handling full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
• Handling changeover/enhancement of HRIS
• Reviewing and managing compensation and benefits, performance management systems and company policies
• Developing talent management and retention program
• Ensuring compliance with employment-related ordinances and regulations
• Prepare HR related reports for management’s review
• Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operations & administration
• Maintain HR database and ensure information is updated
• Participate in HR initiatives, ad hoc projects and company events as assigned
• Manage in payroll, staff attendance and medical scheme administration

Requirements

• Relevant degree with over 10 years human resources management experience in sizable organizations of which at least 8 years at managerial level
• Solid experience in recruitment, HRIS, compensation and benefits, and performance management
• Well versed in employment-related ordinances and regulations
• Good exposure and experience in HRIS system review/upgrade/migration
• Mature, analytical, numeric, comprehensive and a team player
• Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and handle multi-tasks with quality outputs
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) and Putonghua preferred.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
