Responsibilities:

• General Clerical tasks for data-entry of regular inventory reports as well as assist on database management;
• Assist inventory controller to generate inventory data from different internal system;
• Communicate and work with different teams to resolve issues related to inventory control and operation processes;
• Assist on inventory related support efforts and ensure timely resolution of all requests;
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 year or above clerical working experience in beauty/FMCG industry;
• Good at Excel (Knowledge of Vlookup or other function) and familiar with other MS office software applications;
• Good manner, proactive and willing to learn;
• Able to work independent, work under pressure with good time management skill;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Immediate Available is highly preferred.
