工作職責：

• 負責處理日常文書運作
• 負責管理客戶文件的前期準備及後續服務
• 以良好服務態度處理客戶的疑問和投訴
• 執行其他臨時職責

Responsibilities:                                                                               

• Be responsible for daily administrative operations
• Manage preparations and follow-up services for each document
• Maintain a high standard of services of handling customers’ inquiries and complaints
• Perform other ad-hoc duties

要求：

• 至少1年相關工作經驗，大專或以上程度
• 合格IIQE考試(卷I, 卷III 及卷V)將會優先考慮
• 以客戶為導向，熱誠態度，積極主動 ，有責任感，細心，主動積極及有禮
• 具有良好的溝通和人際交往能力
• 流利普通話，基本英語和廣東話
• 熟練使用Microsoft Word，Excel和PowerPoint及中文文字處理。
• 即時入職將會優先考慮

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year related working experience, High diploma, Associate Degree or above

• Pass in IIQE Licensing Examinations(Paper I, III and V) would be an advantage.
• Customer oriented, enthusiastic & highly motivated. Be initiative, with positive working attitude, responsible, detail minded, self-motivated. Hardworking and dedicated, able to work under pressure
• Presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. Fluent in speaking Mandarin is preferable
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability would be an advantage.
