Job Description

Major duties:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Handle office maintenance and procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Assist in accounting works and preparation of management reports
  • Provide support in staff activities and ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

  • Holder of Higher Diploma qualification or above (candidate with lower qualification but have more working experience will also be considered)
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, patient, stable and well-organized
  • Immediate available is preferred

Terms of Appointment:  Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Remuneration package will be highly competitive.  The Authority provides excellent staff development opportunities.
