Job Description
Appointment Period:
May to September 2018 (5 months) or negotiable
Duties
The appointee is responsible for (a) providing administrative and clerical support in the Registry; (b) counter duties; (c) answering enquiries; (d) assisting in the two Institutions’ functions/activities; and (e) undertaking such other duties as determined by the Registrar or other reporting officers.
Appointment Criteria
Applicants should (a) have achieved Level 2 or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE, OR have obtained Grade E or above in five subjects in the HKCEE; (b) be competent in computing applications; and (c) be a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
