Responsibilities:

• Implement HR procedures in areas of compensation & benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, manpower planning
• Perform all recruitment processes which include drafting job description, posting job advertisement and all logistics and follow-up tasks
• Co-ordinate staff training and development activities to ensure continuous learning and up-grading of performance on the job
• Support annual salary review including participate in compensation and benefits survey and benchmarking
• Assist new staff on boarding and associated logistics including orientation, coordinate training schedule
• Prepare various Human Resources statistic reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in human resources
• Familiar with local Human Resources procedures and Employment Law of Hong Kong and Macau
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
•  Be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
• Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
