You will report to the Chief Operating Officer for Asset Management.Key responsibilities include:

• Provide full spectrum of support to the director across multiple business functions in a professional manner;
• Assist the director on business matters and follow up closely on daily schedule;
• Liaise with various internal and external parties to facilitate communication and maintain a smooth work-flow;
• Manage logistic arrangements for meetings, activities and overseas travel, and ensure the provision of appropriate information;
• Prepare correspondence and presentation materials for management perusal;
• Coordinate and organize corporate/sales event and networking function;
• Assist in office administrative duties include reception;
• Assist in assigned tasks/projects as required.

Requirements:

• University Degree in business/management or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in serving senior executives, and prior experience in the financial industry is ideal;
• Fluent in English and conversational Chinese;
• Highly organized, attentive to details, of pleasant and supportive personality;
• Ability to anticipate key requirements, work with autonomy, prioritize key tasks and form credible action plans with limited direction;
• Willingness to learn and develop – take on new tasks as required;
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient skills in MS Office including Chinese Word processing;
• Immediate available preferred.
