Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administration functions which include but not limited to recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, taxation, staff leave record and attendance updates, compensation & benefits, insurance, office administration;
• Review, improve and amend HR policies and procedures;
• Drive HR annual practice on budgeting, performance management, incentive schemes, salary review, market survey and benchmarking, etc.
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 1 years’ experience in HR & Admin field and at least 1 years in supervisory role for Assistant Manager; Lower qualification will be considered as officer;
• Experience in Education industry is preferential;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;
• Strong in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
