Job Description

  • School certificate, Form 5 or above
  • Be able to assist to operate company's administration including :
  1. Incoming / outgoing correspondence
  2. At least 1-2 year working experience
  3. Office operation affairs in daily and monthly basis
  4. Prepare invoices, debit note and agreement
  5. Handle administrative and general clerical duties
  6. Data Entry
  7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  8. Our company will on host a "Seminar event" 3 to 4 times per year, which will be held on Saturdays and Sundays;  responsible colleagues must attend
  •  Able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn and willing to take up responsibilities and capable of multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Willing to travel
  • Less experienced will be considered as Administrative Clerk
