Responsibilities

• To provide administrative support in clinic chain management
• To handle general administrative tasks including operations, procurement and staffing management
• To maintain good inter-department / inter-clinic communication

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in hospitals, clinics or other healthcare industry
• Familiar with clinical operational is an advantage
• Proactive, detail minded and able to work independent
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS office applications, ie. Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is preferred
