Responsibilities:

-          Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to operations team and retail shops

-          Regularly prepare sales analysis report for management

-          Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth retail operations

-          Assist in monitoring of inventory level, stock deliveries and stock take arrangement

-          Follow up sales order from e-commerce platform

-          Perform ad-hoc duties as required to meet retail operations and business needs

Job Requirements:

-          A holder of Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines

-          Possess at least 3 years’ working experience in retail field, preferably with prior experience in administrative support

-          Good mastery of excel reporting and sensitive to figures and analysis

-          Able to work under pressure and cope with fast-pace working culture

-          Proactive, presentable, sales-oriented and with good problem-solving

-          Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

-          Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant

-          Immediate available or short notice is preferred
