Responsibilities:

• Assist payroll, C&B and overall HR administration
• Work closely with cross-departments on staff attendance and benefit issues including but not limited to MPF, medical insurance, leave management etc
• Handle separation logistics and prepare final payment for designated positions
• Ensure compliance of HK legislation for handling staff related matters including payroll and separation logistics
• Assist in full spectrum of administrative duties including but not limited to sourcing & purchasing office supplies, manage stationary supplies, petty cash, staff purchase, admin database maintenance and support receptionist duties
• Assist in preparing regular HR reports and analysis to enhance performance and operational efficiency
• Draft and update policies for all human resources and administration functions
• Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years related payroll, human resources and administration experience in a sizable company, preferably in FMCG industry
• Mature with good interpersonal skills, good initiative and judgement
• Well-organized with strong numerical sense
• Able to handle multi-tasking job with strong sense of responsibility and work with people at all levels
• Sound knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
