Job Description

A Hong Kong law firm is currently recruiting an Office Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Manage daily office operation and administration
  • Handle Human Resources management including preparing offer letters, reference letters, orientation, work visa applications etc.
  • Assist in correspondences with the Law Society of Hong Kong (prior experience in this area is not a must)
  • Work closely with Law Society on requirements and updates
  • Review internal policies, event management and oversee record management function
  • Liaise and coordinate with associated law offices in China
  • Manage office facilities management including office cleaning, carpet cleaning, air-conditioning maintenance, telephone system etc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of working experience in an administrative Office Manager or Finance related role.
  • Degree Holder or equivalent
  • Law firm or professional services experience is highly preferably
  • Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese (both written and spoken)
  • Possessed strong relationship and team building skills
  • Ability to handle stressful and difficult situations
  • Great communication skills, ability to communicate effective in a multicultural environment
