Requirement :

• Should have a minimum 6 years of experience in TBM Tunneling
• Should have at least 3 years of solid TBM operating experience preferring Slurry TBM
• English speaking is a must

 Job Description:

• Responsible for hyperbaric works and compressed airlock operation
• Assist TBM Shift Engineer in all TBM Tunneling aspects
• Responsible for controlling all operations on the TBM including the cutter head thrust and Slurry network, etc….
• Operate the TBM within the operation parameters as set out in the TBM Operation Instruction Sheet.
• To respond to all instrumentation and control warning / error displays on the PLC and alert mechanics/ electricians / engineer where necessary.
• Ensure that the respective components of the machine are “locked off during maintenance (e.g. cutter head, Slurry system, grout tanks etc.).
• Coordinate Slurry treatment plant operations and grout operations with grout operator.
• Ensuring the standard and coordinating with segment erection operator with regarding to the segment ring erection.

工作範圍 :

• 協助隧道鑽掘輪班工程師所有隧道相關工作
• 控制隧道機挖掘及泥漿循環系統
• 依照工程師之指示以操作TBM機械鑽掘
• 當邏輯程式系統出現事故或錯誤警告提示，需即使通知機械工、電工及工程師
• 確保隧道鑽掘機械在維修保養時在鎖上狀態
• 與灌漿廠及泥漿循環系統操作員保持良好溝通
• 監察安裝隧道預制件之質量
