Monthly Salary Range:        HK$20,705 - HK$43,350                       

Duties:  The appointee is required to co-ordinate and support College events and bi-monthly guest talks, oversee the provision of student support services, office administration, provide secretarial support in various committee meetings, and play a supervisory role to student bodies.  He/She will also be required to liaise with internal teams and external vendors as well as provide support to the Administrative Officer on new academic year arrangement. 

Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelor degree with 4-5 years working experience in self-financed higher education or commercial sectors,preferably with experience in supervising a small team. They should also have good communication, coordination, analytical and interpersonal skills, capability in prioritizing job tasks and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and computer literacy. 

Terms of appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The contract will be for 1 to 2 years.
