Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement customer learning programs for Dun & Bradstreet products
  • Liaise with third-party training providers to support customer’s training needs and requirements
  • Manage the fulfilment logistics and ensure customer satisfaction  
  • Manage a team of 2
  • Revenue-quote bearing

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree holder in human resources, training or education or similar field
  • 5-8 years of experience in training and development of product and/or corporate training programs and materials
  • Relevant project management experience in corporate training programs
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal employees and outside professionals
  • Proactive, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred
