The appointee is expected to perform general administrative and clerical support duties such as providing counter service and logistics support to hall functions; assisting in check-in, check-out and room change; operating smart and door card systems; supervising the performance of attendants and contractors, liaison with fellow offices and any other duties relating to hostel operation and hall life education as assigned. Working on shift duties may be required.

Applicants should possess a Diploma or an Associate Degree, preferably with at least two years of work experience. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, good computer skills, including English and Chinese word-processing are required. Knowledge of Putonghua is necessary. He/She should be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
