Essential duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide support in areas of performance management, C&B management, and employee engagement activities;
• Assist in recruitment from interview arrangement to on-boarding;
• Maintain accurate employee related records;
• Provide HR administrative and clerical support;
• Participate in HR initiatives and other duties as assigned;

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in HR, Business Administration or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 2 years' HR experience;
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attentive to details and as an excellent team player;
• Good written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
