Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team in customer related issues, supports the order generation, order fulfillment and management to all tasks relevant for customer communication and order process.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and license (Export & Import) issues.
• Handle maintenance services and warranty issues.
• Provide and support clerical works, e.g. data entry, delivery note, invoice, purchasing order, documents filing, and customs declare.
• Follow up of internal and external customers’ enquiries for daily business.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales support or customer services in the industry, hospital or private clients section
• Independent and willing to learn
• Preference will be given for candidate with SAP experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese including Putonghua with strong communication skills.
• Good in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate availability is preferred
