Job Description
The Job
- Handle daily operation in account receivable and debt collection
- Closely contact with internal / external customers to follow up debt collection
- Coordinate with business line in resolving payment/ billing disputes
- Follow up credit limit / account release
The Person
- Diploma or above
- At least 1 year working experience in Credit Control/ Collection/ Customer Services would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Ms Office (Ms Excel)
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Initiative with good interpersonal, communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Candidate with more experience may be considered as Credit Control Administrator
- Immediate available is preferred
