They principally engaged in the provision of financial PR services in Hong Kong, integrating financial public relations, investor relations, international road-show, corporate branding service, marketing communications and IPO services. They acknowledge the condition of clients, their corporate communication culture and operation environment, fully understand their needs, and formulate tailor-made professional services with high quality and value-added services.

Responsibilities included:

• Formulate and implement ongoing communications plans to build and enhance the medias and the clients
• Handle enquiries from investors, financial analysts and reporters in a timely manner (IR Only)
• Act as an external communications gateway and ensure consistency in all external communications materials
• Responsible for the press release, script, Q&A, annual/interim report for the quarterly conference calls with analysts and investors

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 1 year work experience is preferred but not necessary. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions
• University Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn; ability to multi-task and complete several assignments with tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) application
• Immediately available is preferred
• IANG visa is welcome
