We are an expanding company in Hong Kong and the PRC and is currently looking for Fund Operations Manager.

DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• Perform anti-money laundering procedures, Know-Your-Client procedures and subscription application;
• Maintain CRM system;
• Handle month end reporting, accounting schedules and accounts reconciliations;
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with the banks, clients and other colleagues;
• Assist in Investor Relations activities (e.g. annual/interim results, investor presentation, non-deal roadshow, reverse roadshow etc.);
• Prepare Investor Relations related materials independently;
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

The Successful Applicant:

• University graduate, preferably in Accounting or Finance related discipline and/or equivalent professional certification;
• At least 2 to 5 years of fund accounting experience, experience in equities/ managed funds at asset management or financial industry would be desired (sound knowledge and experience in PE fund is preferable);
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions, trade settlements, cash and valuation reconciliations and portfolio accounting;
• Candidate with CRM and/or accounting software experiences will be preferred;
• With strong ownership of tasks and adequate MS Excel skills;
• Excellent communication skills and articulate at both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
