Job Responsibilities:

• Play an organizer role to support Chief Operating Officer for project coordination
• Develop plan, organize activities and manage resources to successfully accomplish project goals in terms of timelines, budget and service quality
• Participate in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases of the project implementation
• Manage project progress and achieve key milestones
• Effectively communicate and handle the coordination work for the whole project with cooperated parties and internal team
• Assist to prepare meeting minutes, business correspondences, presentation materials, memo, etc. and
• Any other ad hoc tasks / projects that may be assigned by COO

 Qualifications: 

• Possess at least 3 – 4 years relevant experience in project facilitator, coordinator, project management, administration experience
• University degree in Business Administration or business related disciplines
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills, good spoken English and Cantonese, both verbal and written
• Good coordination capabilities and project management skills
• Positive and supportive working attitude, multiple tasking and good time management ability to adapt to a continuously evolving system and work-flow environment
