Job Requirements:

•  Manage the entire fund operational functions ( including middle to back office)
•  Liaise with front office, legal, compliance, risk management and finance & accounting departments for various operations issues on private equity project execution;
•  Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory and company requirements

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Accounting/ Law preferred
•  2-3 years working experience in Financial/ Accounting/ Fund & Securities industry
•  Possess knowledge and experience in Fund Operation & documentation
•  Able to support middle and back office functions and handle multi-tasks
•  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred)
