Title : Business Analyst / UAT Support - Corporate Loans Operations, UAT, and banking administrative work

Responsibilities 

• working in Corporate Loans Operations (banking)
• Handle corporate loan transactions in accordance with internal guidelines, service level and regulatory requirements
• Perform user acceptance test for system implementation, test cases, review of testing results and preparation of testing reports
• Communicate with different user teams
• Handle enquiry from customers and external parties
• Support team administrative works

Requirements

• Post-secondary or above in education
• With knowledge of loan operations or relevant banking experience is an advantage
• User Acceptance Test experience is an advantage
• A good team player, customer focused and detail-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, and possible stretch when needed.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills to face off with business users
• Self Motivated and result oriented. Should be able to work independently.
• Good analytical and communication skills
