Title : Contract Bancassurance Officer - Channel Development, Business Planning, Product Development

Responsibilities :

Channel Development

• Provide support to the Distribution & Channel Development Team, Bancassurance in building and enhancing various bancassurance specialist channel capabilities and productivity.
• Working with partners from various channels, HR, insurers in any channel enablement initiatives
• Build and maintain the training related records & training materials
• Provide clerical and administrative supports and liaison on channel enablement and training related matters

Business Development

• Assist Bancassurance Business Development Team Head to direct and execute the Business Plan as agreed per Bancassurance alliance with our Insurance Strategic Partner (ISP)
• Support team head to deliver enterprise wide planned business results and KPIs.
• Support strategic business plan process and ongoing management reporting
• Support day-to-day department budget related tasks, including business forecast, fulfilment as well as P&L reporting
• Support Team head to manage enterprise-wide bancassurance marketing & sales incentive plan
• Responsible for instilling high awareness, alertness and ownership of team members on control & compliance issues.
• Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure mutual planning and implementation of effective sales & marketing programs.

Product Development

• Assist in product approval documentations such as RFI, Product Approval Report, Investment Product Committee deck etc.
• Proof read/ cross check all product materials & training decks to ensure product accuracy
• Meeting coordination & draft minutes (including Product development committee meeting, Monthly meetings with internal stakeholders, regular meetings with insurers, ad hoc meetings)
• Training arrangement & logistics
• Broadcast arrangement/communication to frontline

Requirements

• Presentable and approachable disposition
• Proficient in computer skills including power- point presentation, excel and Chinese typing
• Tertiary education level with good Chinese and English
• At least 2 years working experience preferably in a banking or insurance company environment
