You will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Asset Management.Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and manage compliance matters related to the SFC licensed asset management business in Hong Kong
• On boarding of new discretionary account clients and conduct AML, KYC and investment suitability  
• Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program in the company
• Monitor projects including reviews on compliance systems, processes, controls and risk areas
• Fund and discretionary account transaction monitoring, suspicious actives monitoring
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate
• At least 3 years of compliance experience in asset management
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong SFC codes, licensing rules, guidelines and reporting requirements
• Strong working knowledge of investment funds and structures
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with an appetite to work within an international and multicultural / multilingual group organization
• Fluent in English and Putonghua.
