Job duties:

• Perform screening, valuation, due diligence, deal execution and monitoring of PE fund investments (including movie & entertainment projects, science and tech projects and private companies)

• Perform investment analysis and valuations including business, financial instrument and mineral assets for the fund and our group companies

• Prepare business proposal and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance, business or equivalent discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience from reputable corporate finance firms, valuation firms, international accounting firms and fund management companies (fresh grads will be trained as trainee)

• CPA, CFA, FRM, ICVS, ASA or relevant professional designations is a plus

• No experience is required for fund management and we will provide training
