The Business Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and the coordination of future feature requests for several of FXCM’s internally developed software products. The candidate will be responsible for customizing settings to these programs as needed as part of routine maintenance to suit business needs, and will work with business teams, developers, and testing teams to implement new functionality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing customization changes to the client on-boarding form: edits for multiple language localizations, field settings, customization of back end settings related to user creation in FXCM’s system
• Performing customization changes to the client self-service portal: edits for multiple language localizations, field settings, customization of functionality for different client requests, customization of how requests are submitted to FXCM’s system to ensure changes are 
• Liaising with business to confirm needed changes to the system, and coordination when applying said changes
• Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience
• Writing business requirements documentation along with use cases for new feature requests
• Preparing documentation on process flows
• Working closely with developers along with business to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
• Working closely with QA and UA testing teams to ensure new and existing functionality is properly implemented

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience as a software business analyst at minimum 
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be independent and a self-starter, the position entails working with remote staff
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant experience
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Location: Hong Kong; Must be able to travel to Bulgaria for at least 2 weeks per year

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 10am-7pm (Global Coverage – Flexibility Is Required)
