Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's day-to-day operations;
• Oversee the Company’s compliance with all statutory duties imposed on it under the relevant legislation, rules and regulations;
• Oversee the liaison with all regulatory authorities and organizations on all matters relating to the Company;
• Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives;
• Contribute to the development of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization;
• Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Group Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer informed of all critical issues;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in relevant discipline;
• At least 15 years of relevant experience of which at least 10 years gained in listed companies;
• Excellent knowledge in listing rules, accounting standards, legal and compliance requirements;
• Result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment;
• Strategic thinking, broad business perspectives and strong management skills;
• Mature team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must.
