Job Description

- Support DCM on origination, structuring, execution and syndication of high grade / high yield primary bond market transactions, through public or private placement
- Internally, work closely with other departments throughout the DCM process. Externally, to liaise with third parties on execution process as well as formulating DCM financial proposal including indicative terms and structure of bonds
- Carry out due diligence / analysis on feasibility (including clients’ background / status, industry, financial and credit standing, etc.) of potential DCM business opportunities
- Prepare generic as well as deal specific pitching materials and updating the relevant pitch books on a periodic basis
- Perform debt syndicate function
- Supervise and coach junior team members
- University graduate with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including fluent Putonghua
