Our Client, a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong, is looking for suitable candidate to fill the above-mentioned position.

Main Responsibilities

• Identifies, measures, monitors and controls technology-related risks of systems and processes
• Assist to formulate and enhance the bank’s cyber security risk management framework
• Alert awareness of, and compliance with, the bank’s IT control policies, and to prepare management report with recommendations of any technology-related incidents
• Ensure all operational activities are completed within the prescribed governance structure and regulatory requirements
• Implement risk issue management procedures to ensure the required policies and guidelines are enforced in daily operation
• Implement risk awareness and training program for bank staff.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications of CPA/FRM, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSX, GIAC, GISP, GSEC or other relevant qualifications preferred
• At least 6 years of experience in technology risk management in banking industry, of which 3 years at managerial level
• Strong knowledge of banking operation and systems, and familiar with legal and regulatory requirement and standards
• Good communication and report writing skill
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Less experience candidate would be considered as Assistant Manager
