Responsibilities:

• Handle licensing applications, staff dealing clearance and licensee’s CPT fulfillment;
• Deal with SFC enquiries and prepare various reports as required;
• Assist to conduct investigations into suspicious transactions and handle complaint cases;
• Conduct internal audit and compliance review on a quarterly basis;
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Law, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in brokerage firms or financial institutions;
• Good understanding of SFC codes and regulatory requirement of securities brokerage;
• Responsible, hardworking and well-organized;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
