Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above, Diploma holder is preferable;
• 1-2 years relevant experience in mortgage and personal loans business, experiences gained in consumer loans industry will be in advantage;
• Detail-minded, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good computer Microsoft Office application skills with fast and accurate typing;
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mortgage loans documents for loan disbursement;
• Assist the Department Head to monitor and follow up all delinquent files;
• Co-ordinate with solicitor to ensure the related legal proceedings are in an effective way;
• Perform daily credit monitoring for all customers in ETC;
• Assist Loans Manager for site visiting;
• Provide all clerical support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc projects.
