JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Objective: Assist consultant to provide consultative service to corporate client on Employee Benefits Plan
                 (‘Plan”) in order to meet client’s benefit strategy.

• Collect and analyse the claims data, plan cost to understand utilization patterns, identify the gap of the Plan.
• Assist to conduct benchmark study, analyse the market trend and assist consultant to design Plan detail.
• Prepare the report and documentation for client presentation.
• Work closely with the underwriters to implement the scheme on behalf of corporate client.
• Audit the policy, agreement wording for accuracy.
• Handle client’s enquiry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years working experience – Relevant experience in Employee Benefits or in-house HR experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Customer Oriented mentality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of computer skill, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Incumbent will have chance to be converted into a permanent hire upon good performance and availability of headcount
