Job Description

Are you?

Min 10 years banking experience, preferably in client on boarding, data maintenance and common reporting standard (CRS) processing
Strong knowledge and experience in project management is a must
Good communication skills with all level of staff
Can work under high pressure and with good time management skills

Can you?

Lead a team of 2 project members to manage several projects in relating to data clean up and client information follow up.
Project necessary training and coaching to staff under the projects
Maintain good client record and provide regular MIS/update to management of the project progress
Work with other functions to develop procedures and control for updating client record in bank systems

KPI of the job

complete the project within target time line without major issues
all records are update accurately without errors
timely & accurate MIS reports for management update
exercise good control along the process including file custodian and checking control
