Responsibilities：

• Shape the Company’s long-term investment plan, strategy and direction
• Provide leadership in the development of an investment portfolio and operational strategy that support the Company's medium and long-term business goals and strategic direction
• Lead and drive the Company in exploring, identifying and prospecting for potential investment opportunities
• Through market research and competitive analysis, provide key insights and initiatives, conduct strategic and financial evaluation, develop financial modeling and valuation analysis of potential investment projects
• Lead and steer Company’s investment initiatives and projects and perform the role of the lead person throughout the entire process and procedure
  Represent the Company to interface with prospects to successfully define and negotiate terms, proposals and contracts
• Build the Company’s Investment Division by recruiting and supervising a team of staff
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Investment functions of the Company

Requirements ：

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Business Management or related fields, Master Degree is preferred
• 8 - 10 years of experience in a financial institution
• Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Financial and analytical competencies with the ability to communicate complicated financial concepts
• Project management mind-set and approach
• Knowledge of Investment Banking industry and product preferred
• Extremely detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills
