Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily shares settlement including local and overseas markets, corporate action announcement monitoring and distribution
• Support the custodian function, perform Stock and Cash reconciliation, monitor pre-matching, post trade processing, IPO, placement and etc.
• Familiar with CCASS operations
• Monitor and discharge all settlement work including the day end processing;
• Prepare client statements and settlement reports; and
• Liaise with brokers, in-house counterparties / client services to follow up any settlement related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in processing securities settlement;
• Detailed-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Willing in assist ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Immediate available is preferred
