Our client is a leading global Corporate Bank is currently looking for Internal recruiter to assist the TA team under HR department

Responsibilities:

• Deliver first class recruitment service for the organization by handling the full-cycle of recruitment process; from candidate search, interviewing process, offer management, and on-boarding
• Correctly identify business needs and where your recruitment services could best serve your portfolio
• Carry out comprehensive recruitment and resources strategy across the business
• Manage effective lines of communications with various recruitment channels
• Ensuring that leading edge recruitment practices and assessment processes are adopted

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Proven track record of recruitment, specifically in banking recruitment across the financial sector
• 4 - 6 years' experience in recruitment in-house or within agencies
• Strong decision making skills and exceptional communication skills
