Responsibilities:

• To operate CCASS terminal for daily settlement duties;
• To operate internal back office system including vouchers making and day-end procedures;
• To handle corporate actions and entitlement distribution
• To prepare daily reports and client statements
• To work with Settlement Manager for client stock and money reconciliation
• To handle clients’ enquiries on account related matter

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Min. two years relevant experience in securities brokerage firms;
• Able to handle full CCASS operation independently;
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Settlement Clerk.
