• Diploma / Certificate graduate in interior design or equivalent
• At least 3 years or above relevant experience in interior design drawing or site experience, preferably in luxury residential / corporate / show flat / club house projects
• Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting out and to monitor site quality of work progress and workmanship on site and doing site measuring work
• Able to Handle full set of construction drawings / shop drawing review
• Assist for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation
• Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractors
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCad, MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
• Willing to work overtime
• Available immediately is highly preferred
