-At least three years relevant experience gained from project management.
-Responsible for overall project management duty: includes construction, cost & quality control, and ultimately the profitability of the project.
-Responsible for coordinating, supervising and controlling the decoration and fitting-out works.
-Good communication and language skills - both English and Cantonese
-Ability to work independently and under pressure, responsible, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit
-Self-motivate, reliable and outstanding problems solving skills
-responsible for assisting PM for the whole project management, on-site supervise and control the decoration and fitting-out works
-Closely monitor the site progress and performance of the contractors / sub-contractors on site
