Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ability to instigate good design through critical and analytical thinking.
- Confidence to work, draft and brainstorm through 2D and 3D media.
- Coordinate with other architects, engineers and specialist to produce presentation material.
- Familiar with notions of sustainability, solar protection, code regulations and technical designs.
- Comfortable to work in different stages and programs of architectural projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Architecture / Civil Engineering (equivalent) or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience with China project.
- Interested and have some experiences in Facade design.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills, as well as communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to work in both English and Chinese Languages, both written and spoken.
