Responsibilities:

• Assist project team / Manager in measurement, tendering, quotation, cost control, variation order and settlement of final account with client and sub-contractors upon project completion
• Keep track of the records related to the progress of the projects and liaise with related parties
• Perform ad-hoc assignments/ tasks as and when required

Requirement: 

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 0-3 years of relative experiences in Civil or Building Construction
• Good PC skills such as Excel
• Good command of both written an spoken English and Chinese
• Well organized, self-initiated and possess good communication skills
• Able to work under tight schedule and pressure
