Job Description
- Acting as office secretary to support our professional team on administrative tasks.
- Include the role of receptionist to answer calls and inquiries.
- Logging and processing bills or expenses.
- Maintaining office supply to ensure smooth office operation.
- Organizing and servicing general in house office meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Assist Project Managers and Project Sec. on following tasks:
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- project document filing
- managing databases
- maintaining project accounts.
- implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- If interested, can provide training for career advancement to Project Secretary.
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good PC and typing skills (MS Office)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
