Job Description

  • Acting as office secretary to support our professional team on administrative tasks.
  • Include the role of receptionist to answer calls and inquiries.
  • Logging and processing bills or expenses.
  • Maintaining office supply to ensure smooth office operation.
  • Organizing and servicing general in house office meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Assist Project Managers and Project Sec. on following tasks:
    • typing, preparing and collating reports
    • project document filing
    • managing databases
    • maintaining project accounts.
    • implementing new procedures and administrative systems
    • liaising with relevant organizations and clients

 

  • If interested, can provide training for career advancement to Project Secretary.
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good PC and typing skills (MS Office)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
