Responsibilities:

• Capable to handle full set of drawings for construction
• Full project co-ordination and to monitor the progress of project on-site (mainly residential)
• To co-ordinate with designers, contractors and sub-contractors ensure all construction related activates comply with the stated requirement
• To monitor the contractual and technical for current projects
• To supervise overall site activities and liaise with contractor
• Easily handle excel for materials schedules
• Be able to communicate with/ present to Clients

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in interior design/ building studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in fitting out and construction work
• At least 1 year experience in managerial level
• Can handle project independently
• Strong technical background and site experience
• Good communication skill
• Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good management skill and can work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Well organized, detail minded, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Word and MS Excel
